CANCELLATION POLICY
Required (minimum) 24hr notice to Cancel/Reschedule an appointment, failure to do so will result in a fee 50% of scheduled service : Fee must be paid prior to further booking Failure to cancel an appointment and/or No-show : Card on file will be charged FULL amount of the scheduled service Late Arrivals : 15mins late for appointment may result in a reschedule for your service based off remaining time frame to ensure Quality services. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made : if more than 15mins go by without contact/open communication, it will be considered a No show and treated as such *see above notes*
